There is a general manufacturing warehouse on the south end of Louisville near the main 4 way highway intersection. It’s just south east of that intersection and has a bunch of good places to raid next door - metalworking factory, mechanic, and electrical for example. Whole area is pretty sealed off with high fences and only has a few entrances.
For more suburban areas, look on the far East end: St. Matthews, crescent hill, Lyndon, Jeffersontown. For these areas, keep in mind traffic on Shelbyville Rd and Hurstborne if those things matter to you. J-town is kinda out there, as in a 15-20 minute drive downtown, but it's not the worst.I bought a house here about 4 years ago after apartment living in Old Louisville.
