I am having an issue with Windows 11 where it will not go to sleep. When I click on Sleep in the start menu the monitors will shut off but the PC will never to go sleep. Then when I wiggle the mouse the monitors will turn back on but are still at my desktop instead of the lock screen. The PC will also refuse to sleep after the designated idle time.
